Artisanale Fresh Wort Kit - Tripel
This super versatile Wort Kit can be used to produce a variety of different Belgian style beers.
A Belgian Blonde can be made by adding 3 litres of water.
A Belgian Strong Ale can be made by not adding any water and fermenting with WLP545 Belgian Strong Ale yeast.
A Dubbel can be made with a steep of 200g of Weyermann Melanoidin malt, 200g of Weyermann Caraaroma and 200g of Weyermann Caramuniuch Type 2 in 2 litres of water at 60 to 70 degrees.
There are a huge range of yeasts you could use with this Wort Kit. If using dried yeast we would recommend using 2 packs of LalBrew Abbaye (Belgian-Style Ale) yeast or Fermentis Safale BE-256 (Abbey) yeast.
If using liquid yeast, please make sure you get your pitching rates right and hence you may need to use multiple liquid yeast packets or make a starter.
